Why it matters
Most unclear speaking isn’t about what you say. It’s small, fixable habits in how the words come out.
Ideas arrive faster than words can carry them, and listeners fall behind.
Final sounds fade, so people hear most of a word but not all of it.
"Um", "like" and "you know" fill gaps that a pause would handle better.
Pauses land in the middle of a thought instead of where they add weight.
Volume and energy drift, especially when the stakes go up.
The point is right, but it doesn’t arrive with the force you intended.
What you’ll train
Make words easier to understand.
Improve precision of the lips, tongue, jaw and mouth.
Learn to slow down without sounding unnatural.
Become more aware of unnecessary filler words.
Use silence deliberately.
Develop breath control, resonance, emphasis and vocal energy.
Rhythm, stress, intonation, connected speech and executive communication appear naturally throughout the drills.
How it works
Every drill follows one structure, so you always know what comes next.
Box breathing and the pencil drill prepare your breath and mouth.
A short explanation and an example. No textbook paragraphs.
Guided exercises for today’s skill, one step at a time.
Speak for real: a prompt, 60 to 90 seconds, your own words.
Play it back. Try again if you want. Notice what changed.
The next drill unlocks. Your progress is saved.

The program
Each drill unlocks the next. Practice on your schedule: miss a day and you simply continue where you stopped.
Build control of breath, mouth, tongue and basic sounds.
Improve articulation, vowels, consonants, word stress and connected speech.
Train pace, rhythm, intonation, pauses, emotional control and articulation under pressure.
Apply the skills to presentations, meetings, impromptu speaking and leadership communication.
Inside a drill
You’re shown how to do each exercise before you do it. Then you speak, record, and listen back.
Progress
Progress is the practice you complete, plus three milestone recordings of the same passage, so you can compare how you sounded at the start, the middle and the end.
We don’t score your voice or claim to measure confidence. Nothing listens to your recordings but you.

FAQ
No. Speaking Drill trains how you speak: clarity, articulation, pace, pauses and delivery. The drills are in English, and they work whether English is your first language or not. It doesn’t teach grammar or vocabulary.
No. Each drill takes about 15 minutes, and you do the next one whenever you’re ready. Practicing on most days makes the habit easier to keep, but the program never runs on a calendar.
Nothing bad. Your progress and unlocked drills stay exactly where they were. When you come back, your next practice is ready. There are no streaks to break.
The microphone built into your phone or laptop is enough. Headphones help when you listen back, but they’re optional.
No. Nothing scores your voice. You record yourself so you can listen back and compare, especially your Day 1, Day 14 and Day 30 recordings. Your recordings stay on your device and are never uploaded.
Yes. Any drill you’ve completed can be practiced again at any time. Completed progress is never lost.
All 30 drills, daily practice that continues where you stopped, the full drill library, your progress, and the three milestone recordings. Any drills added to the program later are included.
About 15 minutes: a 5-minute warm-up, 5 minutes of skill practice, and 5 minutes of real speaking.
Fifteen minutes. One skill. Your own voice. Start with Day 1 today.
